IF like me, you sit at your desk most hours when you’re at work, this might be something you should consider getting. Your posture is likely to suffer as you subconsciously slouch or slump at your desk whilst typing those reports or in my case, articles. You will always feel like you need a back massage to soothe those aches and pains. With the BetterBack Therapy (2nd Generation), one can turn any chair into an ergonomic one. It also helps to retrain one’s posture in about 15 minutes a day.

When you first start using it, it can be cumbersome to set up. My advice is to make sure that you do not have anything to do for about 45 minutes as it will take you that amount time to set up (first few times), enjoy the 15 minutes worth of benefits, and return it to the pack.

Next, the heat or cold pack. I tried freezing it but it did not get as cold as I would have liked it to be. Heating is better. It felt so good against my back and that alone was worth the initial struggle I had when I was fixing it up. Next, came putting it back into the portable pack it comes in. The first few times you do it, you will struggle hence it will be time consuming. My fiancé was spot on when he said it felt like he was folding a map. However, once you get a hang of it, it should take you half the time to set it up and return it to the pack. Great for travel too.
