COMPANIES love to give unique gifts to their clients or gifts that show their support for a good cause or that helps the environment. How about supporting a company that does both? Based in London, United Kingdom, Besto Vesto provides a new ethical and sustainable clothing brand that they say “unites people across borders through shared passions”. Loving the brand yet? They have elegant designs that expresses their message of a love of animals, expressing one’s individuality, and yet embracing our similarities all at once.

By combining the husband and wife team’s love for animals and design (James) and dedication to being green and sustainable (Laura), they hope to bring a greater awareness to a wider audience. Currently, there are about 24 original animal prints on a range of 100 per cent certified organic, sustainable, and ethically made T-shirts, hoodies, vests, baseball tops, and tote bags. The clothing supplier they use works in renewable energy across the board. The famers who work in the cotton fields are paid a proper wage, and the factory based in India where the clothes are made uses wind power. Their designs are printed on the Isle of Wight and extra care has been taken to ensure that the ethos of green living has been complied to as solar power is used to run the factory. The packaging is plastic-free and the recycling scheme ensures that their garments are zero waste. Besto Vesto really does go above and beyond to ensure they walk the talk, don’t they?

So if you’re keen to support Besto Vesto, the good news is they are open to customisation and ship internationally. Bulk orders are going to be much cheaper depending on the volume of the order of course, and international shipping takes anything between seven to 14 days, depending on whether it is standard or tracked delivery.

Just to add on to one of the many reasons to support Besto Vesto, since many of the animals featured as prints on their products are endangered, they donate 10 per cent of their profits to selected animal protection and wildlife conservation charities. Love this company!
