Today's Manager
December 1, 2020

Dear readers

I sincerely hope that all of you are staying healthy and well not only physically and mentally, but emotionally as well.
I am sadly still repeating the same first-liner as I did in Issue 2 2020 and Issue 3 2020 as it is more prevalent today than ever. Every time there seems to be a little ounce of hope, Covid-19 continues to disrupt the world.

Even before Covid-19 hit, a topic that is of particular interest to me is that of diversity at the workplace. I have written articles (in the days when I had more time to write) and I am happy to see that there has been some progress in this area.

This time around, we look at how diversity can boost innovation in conservative South-east Asia. I received some interesting perspectives as always and I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did.

Do check out the book review videos found on the Management360 site that my team have put together too as these will be frequently shared on a weekly basis or even view them on my personal Instagram.

I would like to thank you for your support thus far. In 2021, watch out for the big change that is coming. My team and I are excited about it and we hope you are too.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish one and all a very Merry Christmas. Being Catholic, this is my favourite time of year. For those who are not Christians, enjoy the holidays and Season’s Greetings.

Excelsior!
Sadie-Jane
