You are Good Enough!
By Karl Larowe and Ravi Vig
The Straits Times Press
Reviewer: Sadie-Jane Nunis

Demoralised? Feeling Read This.

SIMPLY put if you are feeling demoralised, low, unsure of yourself, or any other negative, belittling feelings, STOP! Head to your nearest bookshop and pick up a copy of this book.

Regardless of what or who is bringing you down, this book can help you feel better not just about yourself but about your situation too. This book will work for you whether you’re a professional, coach, teacher, or even if you are a parent.

The authors have contributed a two-part article for this issue (part two appears in the next issue) and they talk us through Enough-ness and Enough-less in both the article and the book. Find out why you have been so stressed out or why you can’t seem to get over that feeling of being bogged down by negativity but not being able to figure out why.

It is time to empower yourself and given that it is not a thick book, you can read and re-read this book to find ways to embrace positivity or better understand why things are not working out for you. I feel a little more optimistic after reading it myself so why not give it a go? Get your favourite cup of tea or coffee and start flipping those pages to a better, more positive life.
