ENJOY your bottle of Empathy Rosé while you savour Chef Harry’s dishes at Yarra Yarra Private Dining. Armed with his passion for cooking as well as culinary skills from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Harry offers private dining menus ranging from S$68 to S$128 which are themed under Sea, Earth, and Air.

When my fiancé and I had dinner, we were warmly welcomed by Chef Harry, his lovely wife, as well as his mom. Then the feast began. Our taste buds were tantalised by his prosecco and summer fruits terrine (still our favourite). Though we were initially confused as to what it had to do with the sea, that soon passed as we were blown away by the beautiful mash of flavours that were to come. Our other favourite was his special dessert of the day. Honestly, it was so good that I think Chef Harry sensed it as he gave us another piece of that chocolate dessert. It tasted absolutely amazing though again, we were puzzled as to how it was an ‘air’ theme as frankly, it was quite a heavy dessert. Nonetheless, you can be assured that Chef Harry will surprise you with his dessert for the day as he will not reveal it until it is presented to you on the day that you decide to have a meal at his place. Also note that a special tasting menu will be launched in December 2019 too. How exciting!
