Leadership Disrupted
By Mark Braithwaite

An Insightful yet Practical Guide to Disruption

DISRUPTION is a word that nobody can escape, especially in the past decade. Meet Mr Mark Braithwaite, the head of global executive search firm Odgers Berndston in Asia Pacific (APAC) who decided to publish a book that discusses as the title states Leadership Disrupted.

Various multinational companies appear to be looking towards Asia to be their testbed for various innovative business models as well as services. This book thus discusses how various leaders are managing disruption as they find various means to stay ahead.

A total of 70 face to face interviews were conducted with APAC leaders of some of the world’s most successful multinational companies hence this makes for an insightful read. The quotes were what kept me intrigued as I read the book twice. It is only about 109 pages but the information it holds is a treasure trove in my humble opinion.

If you are interested to find out more about how these 70 leaders think and manage in this age of disruption and I cannot think of any reason as to why you wouldn’t want to, I strongly suggest that you get a copy. Mr Braithwaite has already done all the work for you by conducting the interviews and writing the book, all you need to do is buy a copy and read it.
