​In this first clip, Dr Anju Jain discusses the key challenges of women in the 21st century, changing roles, and the trends for women taking on leadership roles.

DR Anju Jain leads human resources for Caterpillar India and is the founder of Chai Pe, a platform for developing professional women. She has a PhD in developmental psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Dr Jain has a collective experience of over 20 years in academia, business, and entrepreneurship. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, has worked across organisations in the US and Asia, and is the author of Step Up. Currently, she lives in Singapore with her husband and two daughters.
